Crust:
1 1/2 cups potato flakes
8 oz. ctn. sour cream
2/3 cup water
Filling:
2 lb. ground beef
2 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped black olives
2 cups slightly crushed nacho tortilla chips
Taco sauce (optional)

Directions:

Crust:
Combine potato flakes, sour cream and 2/3 cup water.
Press into 9x13x2" greased pan.

Bake in preheated 350º oven 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
While crust is baking prepare filling.

Filling:
Brown beef and drain.
Add seasoning mix with 1 1/2 cups water.
Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer.
Cook uncovered for 15 minutes.
Spread mixture over crust and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Layer on toppings of lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, chips and taco sauce.
Cut into squares.
