1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
3-4 T. poppyseeds
2 T. melted butter
1 t. salt
2 large Chicken breasts, cooked (I boil mine and save the broth to cook the noodles in)about 40 Ritz crackers
medium flat noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sour cream, soup, milk, butter, and poppyseeds in a small bowl
2. Shred the chicken
3. Crush the Ritz crackers
4. Spray a 4-quart. deep casserole dish with Pam
5. Spread 1/3 of cracker crumbs in bottom
6. Sprinkle 1/3 of chicken over cracker crumbs
7. Spread 1/3 of sour cream mixture over chicken
8. Repeat steps 5-7 twice.
9. Cook at 350º for 20 minutes
10. Cook noodles according to package directions in chicken broth
11. Serve warm casserole over warm noodles
12. Enjoy!!!
