4 chicken breast
Cilantro
5 limes
1 can chicken broth
Olive Oil 3 tbsp.
Salt, pepper, garlic, parsley.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts on both sides for a few minutes and transfer into a crock pot. Pour olive oil, lime juice, and broth over chicken. Put several stalks of cilantro on top and season chicken. Cook for 4 to 6 hours. Take out and pull apart with 2 forks. Put chicken back into crock pot and add chopped cilantro, then simmer for 1 hour. Use in a taco shell or on top of rice or pasta.
