1 lb. box elbow macaroni
1 lg. can tomato sauce
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
6 slices bacon
1 Block sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Olive oil
3/4 c. milk
1/2 Tbsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to instructions on box. While macaroni is cooking, saute onions in just enough olive oil to coat bottom of pan. Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer on low heat until macaroni is done. Drain macaroni. Preheat oven to 325º. Pour macaroni into a 13x9x2 baking dish. Add Milk to the Macaroni. Stir Salt and Pepper into the tomato mixture. Pour evenly over the macaroni. Stir and spread out evenly. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture. Cut each piece of bacon into 4 strips. Place evenly on top of the cheese. Bake 40 minutes.
