1 Lb Ground beef, lean
2 T Worcestershire sauce- optional
1 T. Ketchup
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion salt
1/4 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
You can add any other spices you would prefer, such as liquid smoke. Mix up like meatloaf. Chill until pretty cold, so it will stick together. Pat into sticks, the size you prefer. Dry for six hours or a little longer.
