16 oz Refried Beans, canned or home made
5 oz. Taco Sauce, to taste
Tabasco sauce, to taste
8 oz. Sour Cream
Green Onion, optional
2 Avocados, ripe
1 T. Lemon juice
1 Can Green Chiles, chopped
1 Can Black Olives, chopped
1 Tomato, diced
2 C. Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix refried beans and taco sauce, spread on large glass serving tray (first layer)

Mix Tabasco sauce, sour cream, onions (second layer)

Peel and mash avocados, add lemon juice (third layer)

Sprinkle the green chilies, black olives, tomatoes and cheese over top. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
