8 ounces green olives
1 can beer
16 ounces picante sauce

Directions:
Place chicken in crock-pot. Pour remaining ingredients on top. Cook on low all day (eight hours). It's ready to eat. Serve over rice.

Hint: use the juices from the crock-pot to cook the rice, it will add additional flavor to your dish.
