1/2 C. Soy Sauce
1/2 C. Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 T. Garlic Salt
2/3 T. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
5 lbs Deer Meat, Cut in strips.
Liquid Smoke Flavoring, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic Salt, Onion Power, Salt and Pepper in a large bowl. Add Deer Meat and mix well. Cover. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Place each strip directly on oven rack and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 150 degrees until done.
