2 Lbs. Pork Meat, Ground
1/2 C. Vinegar
2 Clove Garlic, mashed
1/2 Lb Chile Ancho (1/2 C. in powdered form)
1 tsp. Cumin, ground
2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:

Combine ingredients well and let mellow overnight in refrigerator. This freezes well. Fry as needed.

I brown 1/2 pound chorizo, then add four beaten eggs scrambling until eggs are set and serve with tortillas.
