1 C. old-fashioned Oats
1/2 c. almonds with skins, sliced
1/2 tsp.Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. unrefined coconut oil
1/2 c. fresh raspberries
1/2 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. fresh blackberries
2 C. raspberry yogurt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl, combine oats, almonds and cinnamon. Stir in melted coconut oil to combine. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper,spread out the oats mixture evenly and bake approximately 20 minutes, or until golden. Stir after 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Alternate yogurt, granola and berries in 4 parfait glasses

Use the left over granola for snacks or toppings. Try adding raisins or other dried fruit without added sweeteners.
