1 Shortbread ready crust [Keebler]
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
2 T butter
1 8-ounce cream cheese (light) softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 t orange zest [grated orange peal]
1 qt strawberries, sliced 1/4" thick
1/2 c Cool Whip [if desired]
2/3 c sugar
1 c water
3 T cornstarch
3 T Strawberry Jello powder

Combine chips and butter in top of a double boiler. Melt slowly until spreadable. Carefully spread over the bottom of the pie crust. Let cool. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange zest; beat until smooth. Carefully spread over cooled chocolate layer. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Combine water, sugar, and cornstarch into a small pan. Bring to a boil stirring until it thickens. Remove from heat, stir in Jello and a few drops of red food coloring[if desired]. Stir in sliced strawberries and pour mixture into pie shell. Keep refrigerated. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving. If adding Cool Whip, top after refrigerating
