Ribeye or Flat Iron steak, about 2 lbs
Olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 large potatoes
2 cloves garlic,, diced (optional)
8 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Your favorite steak seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
4 large squares of aluminum foil. Drizzle all 4 pieces with olive oil. Put 1 tbsp of butter on each sheet. Dice potatoes into cubes. Divide up the potatoes and place on top of the butter. Evenly sprinkle minced garlic and diced onion over each of the four servings. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil.
Put steak pieces on top of potatoes. Season with favorite steak seasoning.
Drizzle with a bit more olive oil and put another pat of butter on top. Add a large ice cube on top of meat.
Seal up foil and seal edges.
Grill on medium high heat or 350 oven for about 35-45 minutes. Flip as needed.
