Onions
1 lb Ground Beef
Garlic Salt or garlic clove
Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Lay out long pieces of foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Separate beef into bit size pieces layer on foil. Sprinkle with Worcester sauce.
Layer chopped onions on top of beef.
Layer potatoes next season as desired with a little garlic salt then add the corn.
Seal foil together. If cooking on grill double wrap the packet
Once wrapped, give it a few shakes to mix the ingredients and seasoning.
It takes about 45 minutes for the hobo dinner to cook. Flip them often.
