1 prepared or purchased pie crust, Pillsbury is the best, but store-brand can be just as good.
Chosen fruit or mixture
6 to 8 apples, sliced, add 3/4 to 1 C of sugar with 1 Tbs. cinnamon and a couple dashes of nutmeg
2 to 3 C of strawberries, 3/4 to 1 C. of sugar, 1 tsp. of cinnamon, 1 to 2 Tbs. of flour
same ratio and ingredients for blueberries or raspberries.
If making strawberry-rhubarb, use equal portions of both fruits to fill the pie shell,

Mix the ingredients according to type of pie you're making.
Assemble the ingredients in your pie shell. Cover with top crust and make slits or design to vent.
Bake at 425º for 15 to 20 min. to brown. Finish for an additional 30 min. at 375º
Put pie plate on a cookie sheet if making a berry pie in case the pie runs over.
