1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
Hot sauce to taste
Vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp dried minced onion
1/2 lb. crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Bisquick, milk, egg, salt, pepper, onion, hot sauce, and crab meat, blending well. Heat oil to 375º and drop batter by heaping teaspoons into fryer. Fry until golden brown. Serve on picks with bowls of soy sauce, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce for dipping
