1/4 cup green onion, chopped (including green tops)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
4 cups milk
hot sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Pint crabmeat (cleaned and pick through)
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and chopped
Parsley
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion in butter until tender, add flour stirring until smooth. Add hot sauce now if desired. Stir constantly and gradually add milk cooking over med-heat still stirring constantly until hot and bubbly. Stir in crabmeat and shrimp, cook over low heat and add shredded cheese to taste.
