6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard ( French's or Heinz)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Or alternate mixture: Mix 3 Tbs. mayo with half and half with mashed yokes with mustard, salt and pepper.

Cut boiled eggs in half after carefully shelling them. Scoop out the yoke and mash it with a fork or potato masher, mixing in the remaining ingredients. Mayo and additional seasoning can be added to smooth out the mixture. Refill the egg whites, with a spoon or a piping bag,

Garnish with parsley, paprika, sliced olives, chives, chopped ham or other meat or fish, or mix into the filling.
Arrange on a plate or in a special deviled egg serving dish, keep chilled, setting on ice or remove from the fridge at the last minute.
