Nalesniki:
2 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Sugar

Filling:
2 lbs dry Cottage Cheese or use Quark or Romano Cheese
2 Eggs
Salt to taste

Nalesniki (Crepes):
Mix ingredients until smooth, fry one tablespoon on hot grill or fry pan (brown both sides)

Top each crepe with 1 tsp. cheese in centre, and smooth out leaving a small border so the filling does not escape. Set in casserole. You can layer them.

To bake; pour whipping cream ( about a cup) over Nalesniki (make sure they are all covered with cream) and bake uncovered until fluffy. (They will puff up). About an hour but keep a close eye on them.
