Sourdough Bread
Butter

1 1/2 cup grated Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 TBLS Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. mayo
1/8 tsp fresh thyme
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter one thick slice of sourdough bread, place under the broiler till toasted.
Watch closely....it turns quickly.

Mix all ingredients together, after toasting one side, spread mixture on the other
side of bread. Place back under the broiler for approximately. 2 minutes, again watch closely.

Grind a little pepper on top and serve.

We really like grilled cheese, I have used every kind of cheese, Gruyere, Fontina, Manchego but you just can't beat a great Sharp Cheddar!
Two thumbs up on this one!
