2 cups water
3 eggs
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp Sour Cream (14%)
Pinch salt
6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Add flour and combine until smooth.
Separate dough into 4 balls place in plastic wrap and flatten.
Refrigerate for 1 hour in order for the dough to rest.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface until it is approx. 1/8 inch thick.
Cut rounds with the rimb or a glass or a round cutter.
