1 cup bow tie pasta
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 Tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in bowling water for half the cooking time listed on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Allow to dry completely. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pan fry the cooked pasta in oil in a large skillet over med-high heat, turning until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with seasoning mix.
Cool and store in an airtight container.

I was intrigued with this recipe from Food Network Magazine. A unique and delicious alternative to crackers and chips. Great with cheese, your favorite dip or just alone.
