bag small pretzels
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Sea Salt

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (foil second recommendation)

Put a single layer of pretzels on cookie sheet.

Bring the butter an brown sugar to a boil and boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour over pretzels and cover well. Put in 350º oven for 5 minutes
Remove from oven, spread about 3/4 bag of the semi-sweet chips over the top and put back in oven for 1 minute. When you remove from oven, make sure chocolate is covering all.

Sprinkle with Sea salt (not regular salt)

Put cookie sheet in freezer until firms up. Break up and store in a cool place.

I usually leave this in the freezer in a zip lock bag so I can sneak out and get some at night while Hank is sleeping.
Makes a great quick treat for someone with a sweet tooth at Christmas time or to put out at a party. Another recipe you'll want to have handy when they ask - and they'll ask!!!
