Ingredients: Fish fillet of your choice, cut into pieces - 500g onions - 4-5 tomatoes, chopped 3 Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp. Coriander powder - 1tbsp. Briyani masala - 1 tbsp. chilli powder - 1 tsp. yoghurt, fresh and well whipped - 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped - 1 tbsp Cinnamon - 1 small piece Cloves - 2 coriander leaves, chopped - 2-3 tbsp. green chilli chopped - 2 salt to taste lemon - 1/2 (Extract juice) oil as needed
Ingredients for Rice basmati rice, washed 2-3 times then soaked for half an hour - 2 cup

Directions:First marinate the fish pieces with fish fry masala u have and keep it in freezer for 15 min to ½ hr. Next boil the basmathi rice in a rice cooker with 2 cups of water for 2 cup of rice. Take a pan and add quarter cup of oil in it then fry the marinated fish for 2 to 3 min and keep aside. In the same oil add onions and fry till golden brown,green chillies,cloves,ginger garlic paste,cardamom,cinnamon and fry till the aroma comes. Add tomatoes,chilly powder,coriander powder,briyani masala and little salt.Saute till everything gets mashed. Add pudhina leaves,curd, 2 spoons of lemon juice Add cooked basmathi rice and salt.Mix everything with a fork.Add fried fish pieces into it and mix well again and serve hot.
