4 to 8 Boneless chicken breasts.
1 bottle of Italian salad dressing (Zesty makes it better)
1/4 C of dry bread crumbs ( with parsley included)
4 to 8 1 oz. cubes of cheddar cheese
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the chicken breasts in Italian dressing.
Dredge and coat with bread crumbs.
Lay on sprayed baking sheet. Top with cheese cube and wrap chicken around it and secure with a toothpick.
Bake at 400º or up to 425º for 30 minutes.

This was originally a Weight Watchers recipe, allowing the 1 oz. of cheese in the plan.
