4 – 5 lb. sirloin tip roast
Montreal Steak seasoning
1 cup beef broth
1 cup water
1 packet au jus seasoning mix

For serving:
Hoagie buns
Provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cover roast with Montreal Steak seasoning. Mix together broth, water and au jus mix. Add roast and broth mix to crock pot. Cook for 7 hours in crock pot. Take the roast out of the crock pot and slice into thin slices. Return meet to the broth and cook for an additional hour. Toast Once the roast has cooked for 8 hours, make sandwiches by placing meat on one half of each of the hoagies (we usually toast the hoagies first). Top the other half with provolone cheese. Place under the broiler until cheese melts. Serve with broth for dipping.
