4 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
3 Tbs. Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs ( or add parsley to plain bread crumbs)
2 Tsp. Dijon mustard
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 cups of purchases spaghetti sauce, preferably with mushrooms
Directions:

Combine 2 Tbs. of cheese and bread crumbs in shallow dish. Spread mustard over top of chicken; dip mustard-coated side in bread crumb mixture to coat lightly.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is no longer pink in center. Can take up to 15 minutes to fully cook a thick chicken breast. If chicken browns to quickly, reduce heat to medium low.
Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce in microwave until hot. Serve sauce over chicken and top with remaining 2 Tbs. of cheese.
