2 8-oz. blocks cream cheese (allow to come to room temperature)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4-5 limes
1 large graham cracker crust
1 pint whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grate about 2 teaspoons of lime rind and save aside.
2. Squeeze limes of all juice (you will need at least 1/4 - 1/2 cup, depending on how tart you want your pie.
2. With mixer, combine softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Add lime juice and half of grated rind.
4. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill until set (at least a couple of hours)
5. Whip cream with confectioners sugar and serve over the chilled pie.
