Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour
1 T baking powder
1 t. salt
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 stick real butter, melted
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup + fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar
2. In small bowl, lightly whisk eggs, then add melted butter as you continue to whisk.
3. Add egg mixture to flour mixture, and stir gently.
4. Whisk in the milk.
5. Heat griddle or skillet to medium high. Spray with cooking spray and spoon batter onto hot griddle. Quickly drop fresh blueberries into batter and cook as usual.

I have learned that the thicker the batter is, the less hot the griddle needs to be because if it is too hot, the thick batter will not cook all the way through before the outside burns. So be careful!
