2 c milk chocolate chips
2 T Crisco
14 oz Kraft caramels
5 T butter
2 T water
1 c chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 choc and Crisco over hot (not boiling) water. Stir until chips melt & smooth. Remove from heat. Pour into 8" foil-lined square pan; spread evenly. Refrigerate until firm (15 mins).

Combine over boiling water, caramels, butter and water. Stir until caramels melt & smooth. Stir in nuts until blended. Pour into choc-lined pan. Spread evenly. Refrigerate until tacky (15 mins).

Top with other 1/2 choc mixture.

Return to refrigerator (1 hr). Cut into small squares.
