1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs, separated
2 cups homo milk
1 cup 1/2 and 1/2 cream

Directions:
Directions:
(I triple or quadruple the ingredients for a bigger batch when hosting a Christmas Party).

Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir and set aside.
Beat egg whites to form soft peaks.
Beat in half of sugar mixture until it forms stiff peaks.
Beat yolks till they turn lemon color and add remainder of sugar mixture to yolks.
Beat yolk mixture until thick and smooth.
Fold yolk mixture gently into whites.
Stir in milk and cream and mix well.
Refrigerate and serve within a couple of hours.

Don't forget the rum ... I leave the bottle separate on the side for folks to add as they wish.
