10# + Pork Butt
Dry rub
ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
Yellow mustard
Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat smoker to 225º

Use an empty, cleaned out vegetable can and put some beer or ACV in it. Place on the grill.

Give the pork a generous coating of regular yellow mustard for the "glue".
Liberally apply a dry rub of your choice, or use the one in this cookbook.

Place the pork on the smoker, fat side down.

Cook/Smoke for 4 hours.

Transfer butt to foil pan with about 1 cup ACV and 1 cup of your fave bbq in the bottom.

Cook/Smoke another 2 hours.

Cover with foil and finish until temp reaches 170+


Remove from smoker and let rest for about 1 hour before pulling.
