Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoons salt 2/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup milk 2 large eggs 3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) Topping 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 350º Butter 9 X 13 baking dish In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the oil, milk, and eggs. Mix with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Ad the blueberries and mix in by hand. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over top of batter. Bake until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes. (with fresh blueberries cook about 40 minutes.) For Muffins (lg pan) spray generously and bake at 400 for 20 - 22 minutes
