3/8 c. butter (6 T.), melted
3/4 c. flour
2-1/4 c. sugar
3 c. evaporated milk (two 12 oz. cans)
3 oz. (3 sq.) chocolate, unsweetened and melted
3 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Beat eggs, add milk and beat again to combine. Sift flour and sugar together. Gradually add to egg mixture. Melt chocolate and butter together. Stir to blend. Add to the batter. Beat until well mixed. Place mixture in a double boiler. Cook until mixture thickens, about 15 min. Cool. Add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate.
