3 c. Flour
1 c. Butter (or 1/2 c. marg. & 1/3 c. Butter)
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Soda
3 Eggs- beaten
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, baking powder, & soda - like making pie crust.
In another bowl: beat the eggs until lemon in color add sugar and vanilla. Than add to the flour mixture. Chill this dough. When chilled take out small amounts and roll into a thin sheet. Cut with a cookie cutter of your choice and place cookies on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and Bake at 350º 7-10 min. until set and still white.(not brown)
