1 1/2-2 lb. Steak
2 tbsp. Prepared Horseradish
little flour & fat (oil)
1 c. Water
1/4 c. Chili Sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 Onion - chopped fine
1 Garlic clove- chopped fine
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Score steak on both sides or run through a tenderizer. Season. Sprinkle with flour. Brown in hot fat. Brush horseradish over the meat thoroughly. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hour or until tender.
For a pot roast, just double the amount and bake as you would a pot roast.
