16 oz pork tenderloin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp hot sauce

1/4 orange, cut
1 cup spinach
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tbsp golden raisins
1 cup napa cabbage
cumin vinaigrette

Directions:

preheat oven to 400
stir salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin and cinnamon together and coat pork
heat oil over moderately high heat and brown pork for 4 minutes.
stir together brown sugar, garlic and hot sauce and top the tenderloin. place in roasting pan and cook for 30 minutes
