Preheat your oven to 350º.

Place a layer of Ritz Crackers on a cookie sheet top side down.

Unwrap Rolos and place in the middle of Ritz crackers.

Place cookie sheet into oven for about 3-5 minutes. Be sure to check them often so they don't over cook. Remove from oven when they are read.

Place another Ritz cracker on top of each melted Rolo and press evenly until the chocolate just reaches the edge.

Let cool and eat.
