½ c. Warm cream
1 lb. Ground beef

Directions:
Soak crumbs in cream. Combine crumbs and meat – mix - add milk, egg yolks, onions, and seasonings. Form into medium balls and brown in hot oil (or bacon grease). * Note- Make balls and roll in a saucer of flour – the mixture is soft and rolling in flour holds it together. You can use more than the l lb. of beef if you want. Put in casserole. Cover with gravy (package Beef flavor is good) and cover casserole. Bake at 350º for 45 min. or until bubbly.
