4 eggs
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
⅓ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup sharp cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together eggs, butter, salt, garlic powder and onion powder. In separate bowl, mix coconut flour with baking powder and xanthan gum. Whisk dry ingredients into egg mixture. Stir in cheese. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400º F for 15 minutes.
Makes 12 biscuits
