Use any kind of meat (ie. 1 goose, 1 rabbit)
Water
Salt
Pepper
Onions
4 cups flour
1 cup lard
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into small pieces and put in cooking pot. Add water, salt, pepper, and onions. Cook until tender.

Mix together flour lard, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp. baking powder and water. Flatten the dough and cut in half make a whole in the middle of each half. Put one half of the dough on top of one half of the cooked meat. Add the remaining meat. Put the other half of the dough on top. Cook for another 15-20 minutes.
