1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/4 c crushed soda cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c fresh corn or 8 oz can of corn, drained
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, milk, eggs and butter or margarine. Add to this crushed soda cracker crumbs, flour, sugar, baking powder, corn, onion and salt. Pour into 10 x 6 baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350º about 25 - 30 minutes or until puffed and set. If desired, sprinkle with Colby cheese shortly before done.
