1 lb. Potato flakes (scant 8 cups)
5 c. Boiling water
2 c. Milk
¼ lb. Lard
2-3 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flakes and water.
Heat together: Milk. Lard, Sugar, Salt(don’t boil—don’t scorch)
Add to potato water mixture and chill thoroughly.
Just before rolling out, add about 2+ Cups flour
