Crab boil (I like Zatarains but Old Bay is good too!)
12 red new potatoes (quartered if they are big)
4 Kielbasa or your favorite type of sausage - cut in chunks
6 ears of corn (break in half)
2-3 lbs of shrimp (medium to large in size)

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in large pot or gas cooker, bring to a boil--Add seasoning mix of your choice---I like a lot of seasoning but you can adjust to your taste
Add potatoes and sausage, cook on medium heat for 20 minutes
Add corn, cook for 10 minutes
Add shrimp cook for 3 minutes (until pink)

Serve with spicy cocktail sauce - This serves 6-8 hungry people
