Ingredients:

1 can French cut green beans
1 can tiny peas
1 can shoepeg white corn

Cut fine:
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
4 stalks celery
1 small jar pimento

Mix liquid:
1 cup vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the undrained vegetables in a big bowl. Pour liquid over them and let set overnight. Drain right before serving. This recipe serves a lot!
