2 T. olive oil
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 c. water
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/3 c. onion (finely chopped)
1 T. oregano
1T. basil
1T. parsley
2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' garlic and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, paste, sauce and water. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes uncovered. Serve over pasta.
