½ tsp prepared mustard
1 Tbs of mayonnaise
Chopped olives

Spread the mixture on ham slices
And roll
Wrap in foil and freeze

Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw SLIGHTLY before slicing
Places slices on Ritz cracker or slices of party rye bread from the deli
