1 lb. Small Pasta (like ditalini)
1 lb. Sausage
1/2 tsp. Fennel Seed
1 sm. Onion (diced)
1/2 Green Pepper (diced)
1 Stalk Celery (diced)
1 lg. Can Diced Tomatoes
2-4 C. Tomato Juice
1 Can Garbanzo Beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in separate pot. Saute sausage fennel & onion. Add green pepper & celery. Cook a few minutes. Then add tomatoes and juice. Bring to a simmer. Add beans and spinach the last 15 minutes. I like to keep pasta and soup separate until it is served. Putting 1/2 cup pasta in soup bowl and topping it with hot soup.
