1/2 C. Shortening
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Sour Milk (to make add 1 tbsp. vinegar to milk)
1 Egg
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 Orange (ground peel and all)
1 C. Raisins (ground)
Glaze: 1/2 C. orange juice and 1/2 sugar mixed.

Mix shortening and sugar. Add egg. Alternate milk and flour. Fold in orange and raisin mixture. Place into a 9x9 pan. Bake at 360 for 25 minutes. Make a glaze and pour over cake.
