4 12 Oz Jar Oysters
1 bunch green onion - chopped
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Bread crumbs
Tabasco sauce to taste
Worchester sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add white and green parts of chopped onion. Saute until tender. Cut oysters in half and add to onions. Cook slightly. Add cream and thicken with bread crumbs. Add parsley and season to taste with salt, tabasco and Worchester sauce. Serve in chafing dish.
