1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp water
1/4 cup flour
3 T oil
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1 T soy sauce
2 green peppers, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, salt and ginger to form small balls. Dip into egg with 1 tsp water, then flour; saute in oil. Cook until brown, than remove from pan.

Drain juice from pineapple, add water to it to make 1 cup total; stir in sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce in the pan with the drippings. Stir until it thickens, cook 3 minutes.

Add peppers, meatballs, and pineapple the sauce, stir until all are well covered with the sauce; cover and simmer about 10-15 minutes. Serve with hot buttered noodles or is my families favorite over rice.
